A reusable backup with a recognizable name and preview.

  1. 01

    Create the backup

Aim at the grid, use Ctrl+B and open the blueprint window. Add a precise name, description and clear preview before saving.

  2. 02

    Find your creation

Open the library with F10. Use consistent names for prototypes, versions and variants.

  3. 03

    Place it in creative

Select the blueprint, choose Place and orient the preview. Direct grid copy and paste is available in creative mode.

  4. 04

    Update the backup

Copy the revised grid, select the old blueprint and choose Replace to keep the same entry.

  5. 05

    Publish when ready

Complete the title, description and categories, then publish to Workshop.

  • Title identifies the version.
  • Thumbnail clearly shows the build.
  • Description states mode and dependencies.
  • A local copy is kept before publishing.

A Workshop blueprint may depend on modded blocks. Check dependencies before using it in an important save.
